Miss Almost-One has gone through so many clothes since her birth, I have a giant plastic bin full of too-small outfits, some of which were worn only once! Babies grow so fast, it’s hard to keep them clothed. And although my baby is fortunate to have the hand-me-downs of two older siblings to wear, the sizes weren’t always right for the seasons, and some of them were so stained from the other children’s adventures in starting solids that they were pretty unwearable. So when I found out Postie+ has come out with a baby clothing range, I was pretty excited. It can be hard to find affordable and cute baby clothing that will withstand the rigours of learning to crawl, spitting out puree, and the occasional not-so-fun nappy accident. And their baby range is massive – there are so many cute items to choose from. I tried out the Flamingo Peplum Top ($5), Print Leggings ($5), Sequin T-shirt ($8), Tulle Skirt ($8), Harem Romper ($10), Printed Interlock Growsuit ($8), and Pom Pom Romper ($15) – all in perfectly sweet colours and prints for the mild spring and summer weather we’re going to be blessed with any day now. The cotton material is so soft against my baby’s skin, and washes well. And the prices! Where else can you get a cotton growsuit for $8? I particularly loved the stylish details and prints. Flamingos, tropical leaves, rainbows, Aztec… Seriously, my baby girl is far better dressed than I am. My favourite item so far is the Harem Romper, which looks so darn cute on and is even roomy enough for a cloth nappy. Postie+ is definitely my new go-to for baby clothing as my little one grows up.
